Expectations mirror our hearts desires.

Desires are the things that inspire.

Our only barrier is not following through,

To reach our full potential to ourselves we must be true.

Knowing what is constant

Is the key to progression

All Life experiences 

Will teach us these lessons.

Follow your desires, expect only the best

Settle for nothing

Or your heart's desires

Will be laid to rest.

AS your heart yearns to succeed

Vulnerability takes the lead

Exposing you to even more

Of the disappointments of this world

We must fight through the lows

To bask in the high

We must not hold on to our woes

Rather spread our wings and fly

Beyond the negativity

To a life of expectancy

Realizing our heart’s desires

Pursuing dreams with zeal and fire.

Deceptions, perceptions

What is the meaning of it all

If feels so right but we both know it is wrong.

But, currently our perceptions is deceiving our minds

In our reality we are like a tune with a perfect melody.

We bask in the glow of our satisfying unity.

Both belonging to others

Yet deceiving ourselves with our own perceptions

Love, lust, destiny

So what, if it is meant to be.

Reality must enter in

So that the realization of facts can begin

We can no longer deceive our minds

Our perceptions need to align with reality

While the cosmos takes over our destiny.
